Peace of mind
The RICS Homebuyer Service is a regulated survey most suited to traditional post-war construction* which offers a brief overview of the property using a traffic light system. It is a summary view of the property highlighting comments on internal and external elements, damp and structural movement, the services and more.
It provides a condition rating of each part of the property which alerts the purchaser to all maintenance items and urgent and significant matters.
***Walter Winn and RICS do not recommend this survey if your property is listed or you have particular areas of concern, or a property older than 50 years, renovations or conversions and a number of other factors. Ask us whether your property qualifies.
